Cancel account

I can’t find anywhere on this app to cancel my account. It keeps sending me emails to change my payment option. I don’t want to. I have not been successful with eBay and I am not impressed. So I need to know how to get you to stop billing me.

Charged Twice for same items at same price

So I was charged twice for two different items on two different days they charged me on may 4 and on may 7 for the same amounts and same items. Why was I charged twice?
