Item specifics on app

Hi, For the last few weeks when I try to list or edit a listing on the app the item specifics section is missing. Sometimes it shows up sometime it doesn't. It's definitely a glitch that needs looking in to. Thank you.

Lately I have been seeing what looks like both Russian and Chinese writing on the search bar when choosing item specifics I am looking for. Here is a screenshot. Can you fix this? Has the app been hacked?
