I am a private seller and don’t accept returns. Since this morning when
I turn returns off on the app they immediately turn back on again so am
currently not able to list anything. When you edit the listing and then
them off they go back on again.
There is a workaround in that if you find a similar item and actually
open the listing not click on the first “sell one like this” but the one
on the actual listing then it works.
I’ve been using eBay for over 20 years I fully understand returns and
what buyers can do. This post was to ask about a bug in the app where
returns are switching themselves back on when I have turned them off.
Hi, Thanks yes that’s because I did them on my laptop and it’s only the
app that has the issue. Not the only issue either, at the moment still
can’t do “sell similar” unless you actually click into the similar item
and do it from there.
