I've been trying for 2 days to update my eBay app because I'm trying to sell

Returns policy option on app

The app defaults to accept returns. And when I select no returns, it accepts it and then defaults back. So I cannot list anything on the app

Is anyone else experiencing issues with posting on eBay as of late? I generally post from my phone and have experienced a lot of app crashes as of late. Tonight every time I try and post it is asking me to input my payment method.
