Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

App notifications not working
Anyone else seeing this? Been using the app for years, only with in the past 2 weeks it's been doing this. It used to show me what I sold on the main page of the app when you open it up, but now have to click on notifications to see that information....
cancel membership failed

Unable to sign in to my account. Say I have reached my login attempts for the day. How can this be fixed? Never had this issue.
No location filter in the new version
Please add a location filter, it's EU it’s very important, as currently, I see mostly US listings first, and after only EU.before it was way easier!!!
Searches not loading
In the latest couple of versions of the Android app, saved searches no longer work and the error below is displayed. They work fine in a web browser, but not at all in the app. Tried clearing cache and storage, but with no luck
no network error while on wifi only
after a recent up date I am constantly getting this error message when on wifi. it works fine on cellular signal.
