eBay app still vibrates even with vibrate turned off.

I have vibrate turned off in the eBay app settings, but every time someone bids on an item I'm currently looking at in the app, my phone vibrates. Is there a secret second vibrate setting that actually turns off vibration in the app?

Hi. Just gone to list an item on the app and the currency box for pricing shows as U.S. dollars . The list itself shows live as pounds sterling which is the main thing. Anyone else seeing this glitch?
