Fraud with no customer support

Are used to love eBay! I have always been a fan of this website and I’ve bought many of items haven’t used it in a few years. Do you know my recent transaction I will be deleting this app.. I can’t get anyone on the phone I am poor, pretty disgusted with how my purchase has been recently. No hope of receiving my item or my refund with no help of customer service. I hope this happens to no one else! I hope this helps someone in the future care

Without any details, not much can be said other than the usual. Are you familiar with eBay's money back guarantee? It is rock solid and offer buyers great protection. It appears you do not know about it. Bottom line, you have 30 days from expected item receipt date to file claim. 

Other than that, please provide more details in order for us to provide you with guidance.

Sadly with all their outsourced “support” it is a mess. No help when you need it.

Sadly, you haven't given enough details for us to be able to offer help or advice.

eBay offers a very good money back guarantee if/when a transaction goes wrong.

Have you not read it? It enables problems to be resolved without any need for phone calls.

Did not receive your purchase and last estimated delivery date has passed? Open an item not received case by going to your purchase and selecting that option from the drop-down menu.

Received it, but not as described? Same menu, click on not as described.

Then follow the prompts.  Again, usually no need to call or contact CS.
