Restart refund option of item

Hello! I started refund item option, but I closed it by my fault. Can anyone help me how to restart refund option.

I have been selling on EBay since 1999 but took a bit of a break from it the past couple of years. Now they have a limit as to what I can list even though I have 100% positive feedback. Is there a way to get around this?

Unrecognized Credit Card Charge from eBay

Bids reset after 5 days

Hello.. I was selling an item.. and it was at $260.00 after 5 days. This morning, it reset back to the $1.00 starting bid with 2 days left . This never happened to me and I had to cancel the whole auction. Anyone know why this would happen?
