Someone using my password

Received notice yesterday someone using my password.

Changed password 

Received notice some using my password in same city as before.

The city has no connection to me.

Is there a fix or do I have to keep changing my password

The location information comes from the network used to connect to eBay. If your network provider has a headquarters in that location, or if you are using a VPN or a hotspot, that can affect the location shown.

Do the time and browser of those sign-ins correspond to your own sign-in activity?

If not, change your eBay password again, and consider enabling 2-step verification.
