Either all (or all but 1) bidder's bids were retracted by the bidder or "Administratively cancelled" by eBay (or just cancelled by someone with access to your account). The listing hasn't turned up yet in a search of your completed items (the relisting is showing in active items) so I can't see the Bid History.
If you had 2 bidders in a bidding war and one retracted (or cancelled by eBay), leaving only the remaining bidder (all bids by the bidder are removed when one is cancelled at any time or retracted before the last 12 hours) the "current bid" would go down to the Starting Price.
Please let us know the item number of the ended listing, and also whether you were charged a fee for ending early.
