Unrecognized Credit Card Charge from eBay

I see no where on eBay web site where I can speak to someone on a credit card charge I wish to dispute. There is no order on My Account for the date or amount from a eBay charge to my credit card statement. What to do? Ted Kalota(520) 250-5040
