Account Permanently Suspended?

So, I had another account, just made it this week, bought one item and then shortly thereafter received an email that my account was permanently suspended. Has this happened to anyone else, why? Any resolve?

Resolved! Shipping exclusions problem

I'm trying to list an item and somehow managed to exclude every shipping destination so the Preview of my listing says Local Pickup only. Nothing I do seems to fix that. Any suggestions? My goal was Continental US only. Thank you.
