Why do promos/discounts/coupons only apply to purchases on the app? And
can't they state that right in the subject of the email or on the promo
image itself without having to click on the "See details" link?I find it
a bit unfair, IMO. (End of rant)
Sorry to hear that the seller was able to talk you into cancelling the
case. Hard lesson learned. You can contact the funding source you used
to pay for the item to dispute the charge.
You had 30 days from date of delivery to start the return request and if
the seller did not respond to the return request, you could have had
Ebay step in to help you on the 4th business day in order to avoid your
return shipping window from expiring...
Cancel the transaction and refund for price of item only.You can relist
the item so the buyer can repurchase the item using the corrected
shipping address.
