Why do promos/discounts/coupons only apply to purchases on the app? And
can't they state that right in the subject of the email or on the promo
image itself without having to click on the "See details" link?I find it
a bit unfair, IMO. (End of rant)
@gregw_86 You cannot appeal them. The unpaid item "strikes" stay on your
account for 12 months. You are responsible for all activity on your
account, regardless of who used your account. Hopefully you changed your
password.
@semperfidelisalwaysfaithful1970 You had 30 days from estimated date of
delivery to file a Refund Request because Ebay's Money Back Guarantee
for buyers. Unfortunately, you let the seller stall you beyond the time
frame for filing the Refund Request....
