Report Item on listings non-functional

Tried to report an item, used the link on the listing page. Tried it on other listings, seems to be not functioning. This is what shows:

Profile pictures missing?

I am not seeing some of the posters profile pictures, plus mine disappeared and I had to reload it.

Why do promos/discounts/coupons only apply to purchases on the app? And can't they state that right in the subject of the email or on the promo image itself without having to click on the "See details" link?I find it a bit unfair, IMO. (End of rant)
