Has anyone else had issues with getting paid for the items they have sold and shipped? I'm having so many issues that eBay absolutely won't help me to resolve at all

Go to eBay Payments to check the status of your payouts.

Since you have only 6 feedback, your payments may be on hold due to eBay's new seller policy. Here’s what you can do:

Check for Payment Holds:

• eBay often holds payments for new or low-feedback sellers until delivery is confirmed.

• If the item has been delivered, tracking must show "Delivered", and the funds should be released within 1-3 days.

Verify Your Payment Information:

• Go to Account Settings - Payment Information.

• Ensure your bank details are correct and up to date.

• Make sure you've completed identity verification if eBay requested it.

Confirm Delivery Status:

• Go to Manage Orders Awaiting Payment to check if any payments are still pending.

• If you shipped without tracking, the hold might last longer.

Check eBay’s Payout Schedule:

• Payments are sent daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on your selected payout schedule.

• If the payout date has passed, check for any account alerts.

If everything looks correct but you still haven’t been paid, contact eBay Help and select "Payments" for support.
