My current email address is being discontinued. When I go to replace with another I have,state that that email is associated with an account. I do not recall opening an additional account with that email address. Have no idea password. There is no way to contact someone from eBay to assist in deleting this possible fraudulent account. I have contacted PayPal for assistance to no satisfaction. Any ideas or suggestions. I also triedforgot password and system thinks I’m a robot. I tried accessing account on 3 different devices, same results

Contact eBay CS in social media - they have a good team there.
Only use the Private DM or PM messaging - do not post your account info publicly.
Give them your User ID, real name/address, the email attached to your account and what you're trying to change it to, etc.
They will respond in a day or two.

Each eBay account needs a unique address.
If eBay is saying that you cannot use an email address because it is already associated with an eBay account, you will have to choose or create another email address to use.
It is likely that you signed in to eBay at some point using a Google, Facebook or Apple account associated with that email address, and inadvertently created a new eBay account that way.
