Shipping Charges

I recently sold an item with buyer paying shipping. Ebay charged the buyer $4.84. When I printed the label it cost $6.82. The weight and size were less than what popped up automatically on the shipping screen. Why am I taking a loss on shipping?

Buyer has not received shipment sent on 2/1/25.

Buyer not charged enough for shipping so extra $ came out of my sale?

My first sale - I chose calculated shipping with UPS, entered correct size & weight. When the item sold, ebay charged the buyer $15.99 but when I bought the shipping label, using all the same criteria as when I created the listing, it cost me $33.69....

why can't you 'sell now' or 'sell one like this' on the Ebay phone APP when researching items?

It only lets you 'Sell one like this' for 'SOLD' items now.Is this an error in the APP?If so, how do we report it? On the computer there is a 'Sell now' to press when researching items that are NOT sold.On the APP that feature was taken away.
