Don't think it's fair ebay has frozen my account, buyer says did not receive card back in January, he left me positive feedback saying he got the card and stated Amazing transaction, NOW i'm trying to inform Ebay of this and not getting anywhere, CAN...

Can anyone tell me why funds payable are on hold with most everyone that have left positive feedback proof that they received their cards, will funds ever be sent?
