The item does not show up on my history for some reason even though I have a screen shot of the add. the seller is now threatening me! If I dispute this item. Can't contact eBay as the item is not showing up on my history Any ideas on how to resolve this

You may have checked out as a guest user, not logged into your user account. Do you have an email confirmation of the order? If so, log out of your eBay account, then click the link in that email to return the item. If you choose the option for not as described/not authentic, the seller will be forced to provide a return label or refund the order, and if they do not, you can ask eBay to step in after 4 days. Do not let the seller bully you into not filing a case.

Thanks Jonathan, only $25 bucks but irritating in that I thought I had a genuine cartridge and when I needed it, it didnt work. I have the emails records but not showing up on my purchase history at all for some reason. Just want my money back but can't start a dispute resolution without the history on eBay. Frustrating.. can't even comment or rate the seller without it.

If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account and use the order details link from the email to start the return. Guest purchases cannot give or receive feedback.
If you purchased using a different eBay account, sign out of this account and into that account.
