I make an offer on the ankle brace , seller didn’t right away to my request so I move on the next seller who as what I need at a better price . I purchased the item from the 2nd seller and paid the 1st seller later acknowledged my offer even though I told him I no longer need the item and he refused to return my money even though I have not received the item yet . Help please
