HOW TO GET REFUND FOR CANCELLED SHIPPING LABELS IF USPS DOES NOT REFUND.

I typically do a bubble wrapped box within a box for shipping. I am trying to use shredded paper as a filler within the box. I get so much junk email that I cross cut shred that I felt I could use it. Thoughts? No complaints from a customer yet.

Sellers should not drop FedEx Ground Economy (SmartPost) packages with USPS. It doesn't matter that FedEx transfers to USPS for second leg of delivery some of the time or that there may be USPS info on the label. Always bring those packages to FedEx....
