Thank you for your warm words. I finally managed to work it out (see my
initial post ^^^). Can't see a logical reason why it should not have
worked. But it's settled.
After all, working backwards from the exclusion list and untick a few
key countries is probably the best method. And the rest can contact me
and ask, and I will probably whitelist that country if there is a
shipping option from my location.
I never saw that method elsewhere. Means like I can't make use of the
funds. Only use would be to pay their fees till I die. Nothing really in
it for me.
After like 2 years or so of frustration, here an update: Facebook chats
where totally useless. Then I got into a chat with an "Expert Seller",
some type of eBay function, but somebody that isn't working for eBay.
The "Expert Seller" then gave me this...
