With Payoneer - can I move back to Paypal? (user in Hong Kong)

I am a seller in Hong Kong. Idle for long time, and now a little active again. 

Not sure what happened, but I added Payoneer, and seems Paypal is no option now.

So how can I move back to Paypal? Seems Payneer is rarely accepted and there is no way for me to get the funds, means no other way to get the money. And seems I can spend the money either in any way (other that the $29 or so Payoneer day-light-robbery-scam-fee)

What do you mean by Payoneer is rarely accepted? Your buyers do not pay with Payoneer.

Payoneer is used to pay you after the buyer pays using any of eBay's accepted payment methods.

You can transfer the money from your Payoneer account to your bank account. Then you can use the money to pay for things through PayPal, or transfer it from your bank account to PayPal if you wish.

Receiving eBay payments directly to a PayPal account is not available any more.

I never saw that method elsewhere. Means like I can't make use of the funds. Only use would be to pay their fees till I die. Nothing really in it for me.

Unfortunately I can't add a bank account. I get "name not matching" error. Even though both sides are 100% same.
