I have a buyer whom the purchase now sits as "Held by Customer Request"
until 12/17. I assume they requested their mail be held by the PO? How
does this impact delivery metrics?
Anyone here familiar with any type of past policies ebay may have put in

assuming it was insured by you for the service purchased. That claim
