International Shipping Bug

Since there is no bug report page and they AI help is utterly crap hope someone can look into this:

Item:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/225093310492

Shipping is worldwide (with quite a few places excluded).

However, New Zealand and PNG is NOT excluded from not shipping (weird eBay logic, I know). But NZ and PNG are an option the buyer can choose.

Error shows:

This item will ship to Papua New Guinea, but the seller has not specified shipping options. Contact the seller  and request a shipping method to your location.

Well, it's a flat rate. Singapore shows.... NZ and PNG not.... Get the error?

After choosing the flat rate should show - but does not. However, works for Singapore (which is also not not excluded, or whatever).

So I need I need to ask my buyer to use a fake address in Singapore to ship to PNG.....

Finally I found the solution......

Re: International Shipping Bug

You need to select a shipping service for those locations.

Have a great day.

Re: International Shipping Bug

That is really odd.Since you used 'ships worldwide' and haven't excluded those countries, they should show a cost the same as the other countries.  I can't even suggest a possible solution.

Re: International Shipping Bug

Thank you for your warm words. I finally managed to work it out (see my initial post ^^^). Can't see a logical reason why it should not have worked. But it's settled.

Re: International Shipping Bug

Be sure to also define shipping policies. Those also come into play within your listings & can prevent them from being visible until in use.

Re: International Shipping Bug

Glad that you got in working.  I assumed (and shouldn't assume) that you had specified worldwide already.

Whenever you check off specific countries like that instead of using worldwide, New Zealand gets ignored as it is in Oceania and isn't on that list.
