First time using Fedex on a package rather than Post office with Ebay

below because 2 envelopes were sent slowly by the post office. I sent
replacements they take my money in a refund and then demote metime to

time and since there is no tracking on an envelope ebay give a refund
and I pay for 2 items and now they reduce me from above average to below
