I sell MMA Cards and collectibles all from my personal collection. I'm
trying to get rid of most of what I have. Prices are lowest on Ebay and
quality and customer service are top notch, at least that's what buyers
have been telling us in the handful...
I'm not sure what to do other then stop using standard shipping. Several
packages aren't being scanned in on time or at all and it's costing me
money and buyers, what can I do other then no longer using standard
shipping?
Recently, I have best offer on cheaper cards I sell as an incentive to
buyers purchasing multiple cards as I pass the money saved on packaging
and shipping fees right to them. I state this in the listings, but it
seems buyers don't care or don't read...
It's bad enough Ebay takes their 12 percent from taxes and everything
else other than the item sold, but I just got charged several dollars
more for shipping a card to a buyer with a U S address but their main
address is in Canada, so I had to pay se...
Long story short a buyer purchased a game from us that we had purchased
about a month ago on Ebay. The game installed and played fine for us,
but the buyer stated otherwise. I asked them to return it for a refund
rather than refunding them right away...
I've sent several refunds recently but buyers may have taken advantage
of tracking issues, is there anything I can do about those orders or
only future orders with problems?
Same problem here just recently, we just realized we have to wait 39
days to file a claim too, then wait several weeks for a decision. It
beats first class shipping on cheap items till recently with items not
getting scanned or being extremely delaye...
Was there anything wrong with the dress mentioned in the listing or if
not when you received it was everything fine? It's not the sellers fault
if it was as described, I understand your upset, but it would be unfair
to the seller if the feedback was ...
I always look at feedback for buyers I get that are new customers
because there are no buyer ratings, but sometimes sellers give warnings,
which I appreciate. But boy oh boy do I get scared when I get orders
from 0 feedback buyers, I've been luck thu...
