I received Neutral Feedback from a Buyer whose item arrived broken. I

Sellers should be able to leave negative feedback for Buyers who dont
pay for and tie up an item for 4 days until Ebay cancels. Not fair for
Sellers that these sad Buyers get zero repercussions.....cost us
potential buisness and $$.
Anyone else find the new sales portal very tedious? I used to be abe to

And also, just fyi for context- I was very polite and hospitable when
she told me it was damaged, I immediately offered my sincerest apologies
and refunded them. In that case most Buyers don't leave feedback at all.

to ebay with that reply to them , not to them directly or I would of
