Yesterday I received an offer of 500 free listings. It didn't start
until today, so I waited until today to accept the offer. Now when I
post something I am charged a listing fee. What happened? I am no where
near my selling limits.
Well, the buyer won (of course). He demanded that I refund money BEFORE
he would return item. Then he sent negative feedback when I wouldn't.
eBay sided with him. He never did return the item. I am convinced he
