My Priority sized boxes are an issue, buyers have been buying for instances 5 boxes and only paying one fee of $16.10 (not flat fee). How do I change this feature so buyers pay for individual boxes and I don’t eat the fees?

Resolved! Postage calculated from old address even tho I changed everything under Addresses

Before putting up listings, I changed all the addresses under Addresses. Yet, listings still show me shipping from my old location. Since that's 3000 miles away, that's disastrous for calculated shipping rates. What hidden address did I miss?
