Label error? How can I fix this?

Hi there 
I  had an issue with my DYMO LabelWriter 4XL 2 weeks ago, 
The situation is only eBay shipping labels not printing properly (it prints fine except for eBay labels.) 

Plz check this out; (I'm using a Mac system with Chrome browser for eBay labels)
Any idea? Thank you for your help!
