It seems I have noticed that anytime there is a return in process (for
any reason buyer/seller/ change mind) that sales suddenly stop or go to
a trickle? It goes hand in hand from what I have seen. Too often IMO to

My book is ready to purchase label (book, listed in Book category). I
see a few having problem besides me.

Yes even the option to re-hide old items gone. Mine were hidden and now
have reappeared . Wish ebay would stop stupid changes that make things
worse. I don't want to see what I purchased or what were cancelled a
year ago! ANNOYING
2 work arounds with google chrome: easiest use the incognito setting
(top rt it is one of the choices). Or use bulk labels in ebay and only
select what you want to ship, unselect all others.
ebay is aware of the problems. I also did the incognito and worked,,
then didn't and got the no payment selection. After that I went to bulk
labels and removed all but the one I wanted and was able to print from
there, good luck
