i am new to selling on eBay. I was wondering if should offer returns and if so how do i go about doing it. if anyone has other tips that would be great

Warning if you want to do a shipping difference don't.

Warning wait for the shipping of the invoice cost don't ask the seller for shipping difference even if it's agreed before purchase. I'm out $50 and Ebay and Paypal won't help. I guess they think money grows on trees.

Im guessing its once a day, cause the timestamps for each shipping event are all the same time. I ask cause I have to wait for them to update their trackimg info in order for my funds to be released.
