How Much to Ship 12x15 Polymailer?

Hi. How much does it cost to ship a 12X15 polymailer and what are the USPS shipping options? The package will be less than 1/3" inch thick, have no bubble wrap, weigh less than 13 ounces.

Within Ebay, can you find the weight, shipping class and charges for a shipment you sent?

When I buy shipping labels in Ebay, I know that I can go to PayPal and find the cost of the shipping. Can you find the cost in Ebay itself? Can you find the weight of the package and shipping class used in Ebay itself? Or PayPal?
