Was using label printer to ship it did 4X6 labels and used to work easy with PayPal shipping but I can't get eBay figured out. Any ideas?

second day trying to create a listing and the only option i have for calculated shipping under economy is FEDEX smartpost ONLY no other options . If i change to flat rate shipping there are 8 options under economy .
