Hi everyone... smile... I hope all of you are well... smile...
I have been using my eBay account for estate items... and have decided to set up a second store to sell some personal items... I am in managed payments on my first store... I would like payments from buyers on my second store to go into PayPal...
Both of the email addresses I am using for my eBay stores are in my PayPal account... will I automatically receive monies from the second store in my PayPal account... when I look in PayPal, my email account for store number one is linked to PayPal... my thought is that since the second email address is in their system that if it is used for the second store that I will receive the payments from buyers in my PayPal account...
Thoughts? am I thinking and doing this correctly? What else might I need to know to make sure I am getting paid for sales? I really do not want to have money put in my account as it messes with my balancing... as I do not balance every month... on the account I have set up for the estate, monies from purchases does go into that account... but do not want personal monies going into that account...
Thank you... smile... your help is much appreciated... smile... have a great day... smile... Rhonda

I recently read that all new accounts are required to join Managed Payments.
If your new account isn't required to sign up for MP, then your payments will go to whatever PayPal account is connected to the email address that shows up in the payments section of your listings.

Since ebay has declared that all sellers will be in managed payments by the end of 2021...In your situation I would be inclined to open another, separate, checking account for your own ebay sales.
Keeping Estate finances and your own Household finances separate just seems (IMO) cleaner and easier to manage.
