Community platform issues I'm monitoring - update as of 2/21

Update as of 2/21, see bold text - Next update on 3/01

Hello Community!

 Here are the issues that I'm currently tracking:

On the list:

  1. Double spacing error when using android - no new updates, the Khoros team is still researching.

Am I missing anything?  If I'm missing anything, please create a brand new post so I can easily track the issue and others can comment as well. The more folks that have the same issue, the easier it’ll be for me to build a case with the support team.

If you come across an issue on Community please note:

  • The date and time that you ran into the bug
  • How long you have been active on Community during your browsing session or how long the page has been up on your browser but not used. We suspect pages that have stayed idle for a long time are susceptible to errors.
  • The browser and operating system that you are using
  • Videos and screenshots are also extremely helpful
  • To avoid running into errors when using community make sure you refresh your page often.

 Providing as much detail as possible helps me to help support in replicating the issue. Once support replicates the issue, then they can work on fixing the problem.

@wastingtime101 do you use dark mode? We're still have issues with the edit in dark mode. If not, can you try clearing your cache and cookies?

Hi Nicole!  I just posted about 30-minutes ago regarding views not showing up.  Views for all of my listings say "0", yet I know that is not right as they were there last night.  Also, sometimes my Watchers disappear and are replaced with "0".  Never had this happen before.  Can you help me with this???  Thanks!!!

Mine seems to be fixed ... I do not recall it being an issue in Private Messaging.

There should not be an eBay group that is restricted to responses.

 

I don't know what so-called **"https://community.ebay.com/t5/RESTful-Buy-APIs-Order-Offer/Welcome-to-the-RESTful-Buy-APIs-Order-Off... is supposed to include but not allowing answers is not inclusive by definition.

 

Period. End of sentence. Not open to debate.  NOT INCLUSIVE.

Hi @lacemaker3 I thoroughly looked into the settings of this board and tested on my personal and professional account and the board is open to responses. the team has posted a welcome message where the thread is locked but for any other posts on the page you should be able to post and reply.
