Update as of 2/21, see bold text - Next update on 3/01
Hello Community!
Here are the issues that I'm currently tracking:
On the list:
Am I missing anything? If I'm missing anything, please create a brand new post so I can easily track the issue and others can comment as well. The more folks that have the same issue, the easier it’ll be for me to build a case with the support team.
If you come across an issue on Community please note:
Providing as much detail as possible helps me to help support in replicating the issue. Once support replicates the issue, then they can work on fixing the problem.
Thanks!

What happened to the Soapbox?? Disappeared on 10/5 - still not available at 9 am on 10/6.

Is this it?

I don't know if they changed the navigation or not. I found it through google.

Yes, it can be found but they’re not making it easy. Hopefully just a glitch!

@kathieskorner Haven't been there for a very long time, didn't miss the fact that the old path isn't there ... maybe they are phasing it out, not sure?!? The link @lacemaker3 provided goes to the Ebay Friends Board but there does not appear to be a link to the Soapbox from there ... se la vie ...

I posted an update about the Soappbox here ... it seemed like that thread was the best place to monitor the issue, because it is specifically about the Soapbox.
Posts from the soapbox are not showing up in the feed on the eBay Friends board, and it's not shown as a member group there either.

@lacemaker3 Have you tried using one of your Subscriptions on your Profile for a thread that was from The Soapbox? You might be able to get there that way since the thread will display the path above the OP (to your specific thread) ... from there I believe you can click on the Soapbox from the path then Bookmark the Soapbox board.

@mr_lincoln, That would probably work.
I don't post on the soapbox, and have no real need to be able to get there easily. I'm just trying to investigate what's gong on to help the community team get it fixed.

@lacemaker3 I'm in the same boat basically and I noticed on recent roll outs here the Boards were shuffled ... I suspect we'll learn more once nicole@ebay investigates ...

Is anyone else now having an issue where you space in between paragraphs and when you post it the spaces aren’t there?
I have to go in and edit to add an extra space.
I hope that makes sense.

Khoros had changed the coding (or whatever) so that enter two returns--the normal way to double space--produced four line spaces, which was contrary to any text composition anywhere ever.
When they created this "feature," most of us had to compensate by entering only one return after the end of a paragraph in order to get a double space instead of a quadruple space.
As far as I can tell, the coding error continues. How many returns are you entering at the end of a paragraph?
ETA: Never mind. The minute I posted this, the returns were gone--just like you described.
Now the line spacing on the reply composition box appears differently when posted.

Too late to edit.
The above post is the first time I've had a post appear that way. I went back and checked, and I have posted several multi-paragraph comments today, and they looked as I would have expected after they were posted.
In this post, I've had to used two returns after the paragraph, which is how one would normally get a double space; however, it appears visually as though I've entered four line returns--a huge empty space--in the composition box but appears as double space between paragraphs after posted.

I seem to be having the same issue I described earlier. I space one as usual and when it posts there are no spaces. It makes it look like one big wall of words with no paragraphs.
I end up going back and editing.
I had to do it here in this post as well.

Yes, it looks like the coding was changed so that somehow entering a single return still inserts a double return in the composition box, but inserts only a (normal) single line return in the actual post. In other words, we now can hit the normal two returns in order to get a normal-looking double space between paragraphs, but this inserts a huge white space in the composition box. I hope the programmers are still working on this glitch.
