Also why does this buyer's feedback profile only show feedback sellers left him, but have nothing to show for what he left sellers? He has bought a lot. Can they hide what they have left but show what sellers left them?
Why leave an immediate negative without even contacting me? Why would he keep an item with a "faulty" zipper, wouldn't he rather return it? I test all zippers carefully before listing, and this item looked like it had been worn only a couple times. Arc'teryx doesn't use cheap zippers. Buyer lied about a faulty zipper. Why? Also dinged me on shipping badly! When I've lowered shipping to flat low amounts. I went down 9/10's a % from the neg. With 400 sales one neg takes you from 100% to 99.1% Shipping down from 4.9 to 4.8 after staying at 4.9 for 2 years, and I recently changed to lower flat rates.
I think buyer was acting vindictively. Lives in D.C. that says a lot. 😁

Too bad about that. And I think it's just wrong that a buyer can smear with a bold lie and undo years of hard dedicated work without showing you a photo of the issue. On Poshmark I had to prove a nad I received, with two sessions of photos with tape measures before I had permission to return it but that was 2020.

They can do that easily by filing for a return on Ebay or a Chargeback via their credit card if they used one for payment. Most sellers are smart enough not to refund because of a negative FB as they have no guarantee the buyer would revise their feedback.

I have no ability to give you a "negative review", unless you are talking about me disagreeing with you about the advice you gave in an earlier post. And if that is your point, I stand by what I said. It was horrible advice.

Deep breaths! He hasn't undone anything - he's just left you a neg. It happens to all of us sooner or later. Even if he *thinks* he's playing some nefarious trick on you and knocking you out of competition (and that's by no means certain), it won't work anyway because he's not. People will keep buying from you. Also the DSRs are basically meaningless insofar as metrics go - they were once used for a clunky, misguided program but that was dropped as they're so completely subjective.
I know Poshmark is different (I sell on there, also), but it's also a far younger, more agile and less complicated site.
The eBay mobile app is clunky - you should be easily able to find "feedback left" under this buyer's profile if you use the web app. Believe me, it will be there.

Are you using a phone with mobile site or ebay app? I never use those as a seller because they suck. From what I can see in your screenshot though is that you are still in the filter for feedback received, you simply just narrowed down the results to negative feedbacks they received as a buyer. Which is always zero for all buyers.
Go to the desktop site and click on “left for others” in their feedback page like many of us mentioned and @mam98031 showed you. We guarantee that the buyer’s negative feedback to you is shown in that section for the buyer. Not sure if you are able to follow our tips to find and confirm it since you don’t seem to be able to figure out how to PM someone in here despite being given a screenshot as well. You might just have to trust us on this.

Maybe the buyer reported it and eBay removed it? I didn't see it to know if that's likely possible. I don't think we can remove feedback replies.

They may not know they can return it since you have a no return policy.
