I've seen an increase from buyers who in other words are basically
saying "just give it to me" when there is no ebay recognized valid
reason for me to oblige. Usually these involve issues with INRs both
with formal cases and ones without but thru buy...
Sorry I'm so out of it I never knew if ebay even had this policy this
holiday season. I did a quick check here and online and couldn't find
