Revisions to listings not updating

After a revision has been made and submitted to a listing description, the updates are not being shown. I can see it on the preview page but after submitted it has not updated. Anyone else experiencing this?

“Something went wrong” error when I try to message seller

Ive been trying to contact some sellers for the serial number to the item and every time I try to send the message I get the error then a verification screen pops up for a split section with nothing on it
