THANKS for any info . An international buyer has requested a price on a group of books. This person would like to be quoted an estimated shipping charge. It will be a package weighing 6 lbs. I can't figure out how to figure it out.
When I answer a question and the person replies Thank you, is there a way to clear the question from your dashboard without reply. I have a couple of thiese incidents and sometimes with very polite persons it is difficult to have the last word
I refunded an order for non delivery. Of course the next day it arrives. Buyer wants to pay it back. I don't know how to do it? Any suggestions? Thanks.
