Can't view the cart or messages - getting error code: RESULT_CODE_KILLED_BAD_MESSAGE

I've tried this on Edge, Chrome, FireFox on Windows 10 Pro (64Gb RAM), rebooted my computer, cleared cache, nothing works. I was only able to view my cart and messages on the App which is not my preferred way of shopping on eBay. What's going on?

My personal note on an item disappeared when the item sold.

I put notes on my items that only I can see. When a recent item sold, I could no longer see my personal note. I looked everywhere I could and can't find it. I kind of know what it said, but. Where did it go?
