Can't list anything

I have a seller's account and an automatic payment method set up. I've also sold on this account before, but every time I try to list something and then attempt to verify my phone number, this happens:

How do I sell from Canada and the UK using my ebay.com account. I have a large and successful USA account and I registered The Canada division and the UK division on ebay.ca and ebay.co.uk but they flagged them as fraud?? Since we can't talk to anyon...

Tracking number upload not working

I have been trying to load tracking number for orders shipped today but the screen is not responding! What should I do? I'm trying to post the tracking on time to keep a good seller rating but the system won't let me!

Make reminder email titles consistent

There appears to be no way to submit website or site system feedback. It is impossible to sort or search for emails from ebay when email titles have been randomized for marketing purposes. "An item you are watching is ending soon" was the old default...

Relisting problems

Ebay issues

Ebay is consistently down. I generally sell 6-10 items daily and this weekend I have sold 0. 3 day straight with zero sales. Ebay needs to get the cleared up. Anyone else having issues this weekend??

why, when I add another keyword to a search, does the scope suddenly revert to "all catagories" ?

I've noticed that when I add another keyword to a search and hit or click I suddenly find the results from "all categories" rather than where I was, that seems wrong, and its very frustrating, what's going on ?
