Double & Triple charged for promotional fees for Items that sold months ago!

Why am I being charged promotional fees ( which I was appropriately charged for months ago) yesterday and today ( 6/6/2025) ? This has happened before. Please fix this!!!!

Every time I click on the feedback link next to a buyer's / seller's username, it takes me to a blank page. When I try to refresh the page, it's still blank.

deceptive ads in order details

There seems to be deceptive ads on the order details page stating that I have 5 free offers. ads are made to look like they are part of the ebay website but its a third party ad to get you to sign up for 5 services. why does ebay allow this nonsense?
