New to Ebay - Keep getting error when trying to list 1st item

Trying to list my first item and when clicking List it proceeds to populate the following Error:

An error occurred while processing your request.

Have you completed signing up as a seller?

Provided a checking account, SSN and a funding source to cover any fee's or refunds?

I have yet to find where to do that. My Seller Account page is blank.

Are you trying to list on the app or web site?

Do you understand this is not the place to make quick money for new sellers. Payouts can be held up to 30 days and in some cases longer. You may also have selling limits. 

Have you read the information about the Money Back and your responsibilities dealing with buyers?

You just signed up today so you may have some reading to do, along with getting setup for managed pay before you list that first item.

Glad it worked out finally.

Since you're a new seller, selling a gaming item, you'll attract a lot of scammers, so be careful.

If something comes up and you're not sure, come here and ask, there's a lot of member here wiling to help.

Your no return policy, doesn't mean you won't be giving refunds.

The MBG overrides your No Returns.

Being a new seller, they can hold your funds for 30 days.
