UPS Shipping error

I keep getting an error when trying to print UPS shipping label. The error reads "Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label." Anyone else having this same issue?

Resolved! Ebay return call

I tried having a return call from Customer Service. It said 37 minute wait for the call, I waited, then I tried again and it said 10 minutes and no return call, then did this a few more times and no return call. Is their system down?
