Tracking number not registering in items to be shipped

Cannot get the tracking number and carrier to register when trying to input tracking numbers. Is this a current system issue?

Cannot Add Tracking to Mailed items.

I cannot add tracking to my mailed items. I enter the valid number and nothing happens, it won't save. I called ebay and they said they are working on it but it's not working for hours and hours. Anyone else having this problem?
