Feedback difficulties

On two of my sold and shipped items while trying to leave feedback, I get the message, “We ran into a problem saving your feedback. Please close the page and try again.”  I have tried several times over two-three days but get the same message. Do you know how to fix this or a workaround?  Thanks.

For multiple item orders, try leaving feedback using this link:

You are very welcome. If you lose the link, you can reach that page by going to your own feedback page. As a buyer, I see a "Purchases awaiting feedback: See all" link there, but that also allows leaving feedback for sales as well.
