trying to sched. an auction for a certain time

I have been trying to sched. some auctions but when I put in the time that I want for the auction to start such as 4:30 pm. you put 7:30 or 5:30 pm. What is wrong ????

For the past week, I cannot reply w/ a best offer to buyers. I have reported this issue. with ebay and no resolution. "There is an active offer for this buyer or limit of offers was reached."

It takes forever without any result.

Appears that search always looks at description even when that box not checked for sold items.

For example: In 'comics' I chose 'black panther 5'. Returns 761 entries when 'include description' not checked, including DC comics (black panther is marvel). Returns 762 when 'include description' is checked. Annoying and bizarre.

The new format is incredibly needy and tedious
