Ebay will NOT LET ME refund buyer. I keep getting an error screen and I've been trying for days!

Any ways to get around this? I added funds to my PayPal account 11/27. My bank processed it days ago but PayPal still shows its pending and estimated to arrive 12/5. If I wait that long my refund will be late. I just want to get the buyer their money...

Hi is anyone else having a issue with the ebay listing tool? Just doing a listing and it fails to save. Just keeps spinning and spinning. Closed out and went to open the draft to finish. Draft will not open. I get an ebay error page.
